Terms of Service

Anticip8 is operated by Fountech.ai Limited, a company registered in Cyprus ("we", "us"). These terms are a contract between you and us. By creating an account or using anticip8.ai or app.anticip8.ai (together, "the service") you accept them.

What Anticip8 is

Anticip8 connects to information sources you choose, notices signals about the people you work with, and anticipates what they are likely to do next, with a suggested next move and the evidence underneath. Anticipations are probabilistic. Each one carries a confidence figure because it can be wrong. The service exists to help you show up better for the people you do business with; what you do with an anticipation is your decision and your responsibility.

Your account

You must be at least 18 to use the service. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us promptly at legal@anticip8.ai if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your data sources

You may only connect accounts and upload data that are yours. When you connect a source, such as Google contacts and calendar, or Microsoft contacts, calendar, Outlook mail and Teams chat, you grant us permission to read it on your behalf to provide the service, and nothing more. What we read from each is set out in the Privacy policy. You can disconnect a source at any time in the app, and we stop reading it from that moment.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to stalk, harass, surveil or intimidate anyone; to make decisions about someone that the law reserves for regulated processes (employment screening, credit, insurance, tenancy); to process data about children; or to break any law. Do not probe, scrape, resell or reverse-engineer the service. We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Access and charges

We publish no price, so nothing on this site is an offer to sell at a price and nothing here can be bought. You can ask for access, and we take no card when you do. Any charge for the service is agreed with you in writing first, and its price, term and notice period are set out in that agreement; these terms sit alongside it and do not set a price of their own. Nothing renews or bills automatically unless that agreement says so.

Your content and our rights

Your data stays yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to process it to provide the service to you, and nothing else: we do not sell your data, and we never use it to train a model that serves anyone else. The service itself, including its software, brand and design, belongs to Anticip8 AI, LLC. Fountech.ai Limited incubates the business and provides the service for the benefit of Anticip8 AI, LLC. No rights in it transfer to you under these terms.

Service changes and availability

We improve the service continuously and may change or withdraw features. We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may suspend the service for maintenance, security or legal reasons.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud. Subject to that, the service is provided as is; we are not liable for decisions you take based on an anticipation, for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us in that period. Anticipations are not professional advice of any kind.

Ending the agreement

You can delete the data the service holds for you at any time, from the privacy page in the app. To close the account itself, write to legal@anticip8.ai and we will close it and delete your data per the Privacy Policy. We can close accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Cyprus and disputes belong to the courts of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in. Questions: legal@anticip8.ai.
