Terms of Service

Anticip8 is operated by Fountech.ai Limited, a company registered in Cyprus ("we", "us"). These terms are a contract between you and us. By creating an account or using anticip8.ai or app.anticip8.ai (together, "the service") you accept them.

What Anticip8 is

Anticip8 connects to information sources you choose, notices signals about the people who matter to you, and anticipates what they are likely to do next, with a suggested next move and the evidence underneath. Anticipations are probabilistic. Each one carries a confidence figure because it can be wrong. The service exists to help you show up better for your own relationships; what you do with an anticipation is your decision and your responsibility.

Your account

You must be at least 18 to use the service. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us promptly at legal@anticip8.ai if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your data sources

You may only connect accounts and upload data that are yours. When you connect a source such as Google People or Google Calendar, you grant us permission to read it on your behalf to provide the service, and nothing more. You can disconnect a source at any time in the app, and we stop reading it from that moment.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to stalk, harass, surveil or intimidate anyone; to make decisions about someone that the law reserves for regulated processes (employment screening, credit, insurance, tenancy); to process data about children; or to break any law. Do not probe, scrape, resell or reverse-engineer the service. We can suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Trial and subscription

The free trial has usage limits. They exist so you can feel the product working before paying, and they are enforced by the service. The paid plan is $14.99 a month or $119 a year, billed through Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay; your bank's currency conversion is between you and your bank. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period already started, and we do not refund partial periods. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases; by starting the paid service immediately you agree that the withdrawal right lapses once the service has been fully performed for the period, and if you withdraw during the 14 days having used the service, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service already provided. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

Your content and our rights

Your data stays yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to process it to provide the service to you, and nothing else: we do not train models on your data and we do not sell it. The service itself, including its software, brand and design, belongs to Fountech.ai Limited, and no rights in it transfer to you.

Service changes and availability

We improve the service continuously and may change or withdraw features. We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may suspend the service for maintenance, security or legal reasons.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud. Subject to that, the service is provided as is; we are not liable for decisions you take based on an anticipation, for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us in that period. Anticipations are not professional advice of any kind.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time in the app, which deletes your data per the Privacy Policy. We can close accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Cyprus and disputes belong to the courts of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in. Questions: legal@anticip8.ai.
